Dear Marty,

I just wanted to thank you for the outstanding job that you, your brother, and your crew did on re-roofing our home, and installing new skylights, and an octagon window.  As you know, I interviewed 8 different companies before selecting American Way.  Most of the companies that I interviewed were certainly competent to do the job.  Many of the companies' estimates were a little higher than yours, but price was not the only reason that I selected American Way.  The  most important factor in selecting your company was that you made me believe that you would treat this job and my home as if it were your home.  This was a sense that I got from speaking to you, both in person, and over the phone. 

In the few days that it took you and your crew to complete the job, that sense that you would do job as though this were your home, was reinforced many times over.  Everyone that you have working for you are well-mannered, talented, and very professional.  It was a pleasure having you all in my home.
As I have already discussed with you, I have several other home improvement projects to complete in the coming months and years, but I no longer have to go through the tedious process of interviewing a bunch of people to do these jobs.  My only call will be to you and your brother.  Please convey my appreciation and gratitude to your entire crew, and let them all know that I look forward to having them come back to install siding and the other odd jobs that I have that require more talent than I can bring to these projects.  Thanks again for an outstanding job well done.

American Way paid attention to small details that enhanced the total look of the house.  They also pointed out existing conditions that were in immediate need of repair, and conducted the repairs efficiently and professionally.  After the project started, we asked for additional accessories that were installed in the same professional manner and did not delay the completion of the siding project.  American Way would be my first choice for a reliable contractor.
